How should i dress?
Dress is casual. However, we encourage all Christians to dress with the goal of glorifying God as their utmost priority.
How long is the worship service?
The 10am worship service is approximately 90 minutes in length. The first 30 minutes include a mix of congregational singing and worship music, special announcements, prayers, 5-minute greeting time right before the sermon, and catechism readings presented from our various church members. The sermon portion of the service is usually 50-60 minutes.
what do i do when the offering plate is passed?
Tithes and offerings is an act of worship for those who belong to the local church and/or the universal church through faith in Jesus Christ. If you are visiting, please do not feel obligated or pressured to give any offering to the church. We simply want you to be focused on hearing the good news of Jesus Christ and knowing Him as your Lord and Savior.
do i participate in the lord’s supper (communion)?
We typically observe the Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of each month as a remembrance of Jesus passing the bread and cup to his disciples as a symbol of his body and blood that was shed for the forgiveness of sins. Similar to the offering plate, this is a confessional act of worship for Christians who profess Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Please just observe the Christians during this time, and do not partake of the bread and juice, for the sake of your own conscience.

Family-Style Worship Services
Parents are blessed to have children, and children are blessed to have parents! We love seeing babies, toddlers, children, and teenagers sitting together with their parents. One of the most loving things we can do as a Christ-centered church is to equip parents in their God-given roles with their children as well as help parents to fully experience the joys of parenthood!
While our worship services are family-style, we also have separate Sunday school classes for both adults and children every week 11:50am-1pm upstairs in the classrooms.
mother’s nursing room
There is a special room dedicated for nursing mothers with a changing table. The room is located upstairs and is the first door on the left.
Family Room
Our Family Room is located downstairs where the worship service is livestreamed on the television. This is a place for parents and little ones who might need a little more space to be comfortable or change diapers. There are rocking chairs, safe toys for toddlers, and coloring activities available for the children.
Snacks and Refreshments
Every Sunday after the worship service there are snacks and refreshments available downstairs in our fellowship hall for those seeking a place to sit down and relax while spending time in fellowship and conversation with friends and family. This is a great place to meet new people and get plugged into our community here at FBCWH. Also, this room is located right next to the Family Room.
